53. (Repealed).

53. The permit of a holder is cancelled when he is convicted of an offence under a provision of subsection 3 of section 2.

53. When the holder of a permit is found guilty of an infringement of subsection 3 of section 2, the court, in addition to imposing upon him the other penalties contemplated in this act, shall cancel the permit of such holder.
