73. Sections 74 to 77 apply to the expropriation proceedings that were commenced before 11 December 2020 to carry out the project for the extension of the Montréal metro’s blue line from the Saint-Michel station to Anjou.

Subparagraph 3 or subparagraph 7 of the first paragraph of section 18, as it read on 28 December 2023, applies to such expropriation proceedings, to the extent that no final decision has been rendered before that date on the expropriating party’s right to expropriate or, as the case may be, on the application to have the provisional indemnity set.
