18. Proceedings for an offence under section 15, 15.1 or 16 are brought by the Attorney General or by any person generally or specially authorized by him for that purpose.

18. Proceedings for an offence under section 15, 15.1 or 16 are brought under the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15) by the Attorney General or by any person generally or specially authorized by him for that purpose.

18. Any proceedings for an offence under section 15, 15.1, 16, 17 or 17.1 are brought under the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15) by the Attorney General or by any person generally or specially authorized by him for that purpose.

18. When an infringement of section 15 is committed, the following persons shall be liable to the penalties provided by section 17:
(a)  the owner, tenant or occupant of the land;
(b)  the owner of vehicles deposited there.
The court pronouncing sentence shall order the scrapped objects or vehicles in the dump which were the subject of the infringement to be removed within a delay of eight days from the sentence at the expense of the person found guilty.
