T-12 - Transport Act
Section 48.12
Disposition versions
48.12. To drive a bus or minibus used for the transportation of schoolchildren, within the meaning of Division I of Chapter IV of Title VIII of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2), or a vehicle used for the transportation of schoolchildren within the meaning of the Regulation respecting road vehicles used for the transportation of school children (chapter T-12, r. 17), a person must hold a certificate of competence issued in accordance with a regulation of the Government.
48.12. To drive a bus or minibus used for the transportation of schoolchildren, within the meaning of Division I of Chapter IV of Title VIII of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2), a person must hold a certificate of competence issued in accordance with a regulation of the Government.
