137. The Minister shall, by regulation, determine the procedure for designating the persons referred to in subparagraphs 3 to 6 of the first paragraph of section 129. The regulation comes into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.

The designations take place on the date set by the Minister.

137. The Minister shall, by by-law, determine the procedure for designating the persons referred to in paragraphs 2 to 8 of section 129, paragraphs 2 to 7 of sections 130 and 131, paragraphs 2 to 8 of section 133 or subparagraphs 1 and 2 of the second paragraph of section 133.1, as the case may be. The by-law comes into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.

Designations under the first paragraph take place on the date set by the Minister, which must be within the 30 days preceding the date set for holding an election under section 135.

137. The agency shall, by by-law, determine the procedure for designating the persons referred to in paragraphs 2 to 7 of each of sections 129, 129.1 and 130, paragraphs 2 to 8 of each of sections 131, 131.1 and 133, paragraphs 2 to 9 of each of sections 132 and 132.1 or the second paragraph of section 133.1, as the case may be.

Designations under the first paragraph shall take place on the date fixed by the agency but within the 30 days preceding the date fixed by the Minister for the holding of an election pursuant to section 135; however, designations under paragraph 4 of each of sections 129.1 and 130 and paragraph 9 of each of sections 132 and 132.1 shall take place during the 30 days following the holding of such an election.

The regional board shall, by by-law, determine the procedure for designating the persons referred to in paragraphs 2 to 7 of each of sections 129, 129.1 and 130, paragraphs 2 to 8 of each of sections 131, 131.1 and 133, paragraphs 2 to 9 of each of sections 132 and 132.1 or the second paragraph of section 133.1, as the case may be.

Designations under the first paragraph shall take place on the date fixed by the regional board but within the 30 days preceding the date fixed by the Minister for the holding of an election pursuant to section 135; however, designations under paragraph 4 of each of sections 129.1 and 130 and paragraph 9 of each of sections 132 and 132.1 shall take place during the 30 days following the holding of such an election.

The regional board shall, by by-law, determine the procedure for electing or appointing the persons referred to in paragraphs 2 to 6 of section 129, paragraphs 2 to 6 of section 130, paragraphs 2 to 4 of section 131, paragraphs 2 to 5 of each of sections 131.1 to 132.1 or the second paragraph of section 133, as the case may be.

Elections or appointments under the first paragraph shall take place on the date fixed by the regional board but within the 30 days preceding the date fixed by the Minister for the holding of an election pursuant to section 135; however, appointments under paragraph 6 of each of section 129 and 130 shall take place during the 30 days following the holding of such an election.

The regional board shall, by by-law, determine the procedure for electing or appointing the persons referred to in paragraphs 2 to 6 of section 129, paragraphs 2 to 6 of section 130, paragraphs 2 to 4 of section 131, paragraphs 2 to 5 of each of sections 131.1 to 132.1 or the second paragraph of section 133, as the case may be.

Elections or appointments under the first paragraph shall take place on the date fixed by the regional board but within the 30 days preceding the date fixed by the Minister for the holding of a public meeting pursuant to section 135; however, appointments under paragraph 6 of each of section 129 and 130 shall take place during the 30 days following the holding of such a public meeting.

137. The regional board shall, by by-law, determine the procedure for electing or appointing the persons referred to in paragraphs 2 to 6 of section 129, paragraphs 2 to 6 of section 130, paragraphs 2 to 4 of section 131, paragraphs 2 to 5 of section 132 or the second paragraph of section 133, as the case may be.

The by-law must provide that the elections or appointments under the first paragraph will take place in the month of September of the year in which the public meeting is held under section 135, with the exception of appointments under paragraph 6 of each of sections 129 and 130, which shall be made within 30 days after the holding of the public meeting.

137. The regional board shall, by by-law, determine the procedure for electing or appointing the persons referred to in paragraphs 2 to 6 of section 129, paragraphs 2 to 6 of section 130, paragraphs 2 to 4 of section 131, paragraphs 2 to 5 of section 132 or the second paragraph of section 133, as the case may be.

The by-law must provide that the elections or appointments under the first paragraph will take place in the month of September of the year in which the public meeting is held under section 135.
