Section 22.1
Disposition versions
22.1. For the application of this division, an inmate is a person confined to a house of detention for a term of imprisonment following conviction under a law or a regulation in force in Québec.
22.1. For the application of this division, an inmate is a person confined to a house of detention for a sentence of imprisonment of less than six months following conviction under a law or a regulation in force in Québec.
