94. An employee who, on the date he or she was transferred to the Company under section 93, was a public servant with permanent tenure may apply for a transfer to a position in the public service or enter a promotion selection process in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).

94. An employee who, on the date he or she was transferred to the Company under section 93, was a public servant with permanent tenure may apply for a transfer to a position in the public service or enter a promotion-only qualification process in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
Section 35 of the Public Service Act applies to an employee who participates in such a promotion-only qualification process.

Section 35 of the Public Service Act applies to an employee who participates in such a competition for promotion.
