41. Any member of a police force authorized to do so by the Minister of Public Security and a member of the Sûreté du Québec may, at the time of an inspection, seize any alcoholic beverages made, stored, sold or transported in contravention of this Act, and their receptacles.

41. Any person authorized under section 40 may seize, in exercising the powers referred to therein, any alcoholic beverages made, stored, sold or transported in contravention of this Act, and their receptacles.

41. Any person authorized under section 40 may seize without a warrant any alcoholic beverages made, stored, sold or transported in contravention of this act, and their receptacles.
