Disposition versions
98. For the purposes of entitlement to and computation of a pension, a maximum of 90 contributory days are added to the service credited to the employee after 31 December 1978 to enable the employee to make up any period of leave without pay while the employee held pensionable employment, unless a notice to the contrary is sent by the employee.
The first paragraph does not apply to service credited under this plan on an actuarially equivalent basis.
98.
