159. (Repealed).

159. Whoever is guilty of an offence under any of paragraphs 2 to 7 of section 152 or under any of sections 153 to 158 is liable to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5,000 in the case of a natural person, and not less than $1,000 nor more than $10,000 in other cases.

159. An offender under any of sections 152 to 158 is liable to a fine of not less than $400 and not more than $4,000 in the case of a natural person, and not less than $600 and not more than $6,000 in other cases.
For a second or subsequent offence, the fines are doubled.
