6. The Minister may develop a financial aid program for the benefit of any owner who has complied with an order issued under the provisions of this division.
However, the carrying out of any measure prescribed by a veterinary surgeon or inspector appointed under section 55.9.17, by the chief veterinary surgeon or by the Minister shall not give rise to any claim for any damage that may result therefrom, except in cases of bad faith.

6. No recourse shall lie for an action to claim for damages, caused through the accomplishment of a sanitary measure carried out or prescribed under this Division, save in cases of malice or bad faith.
