Section 55.11
Disposition versions
55.11. The owner or the person in charge of a vehicle or of premises being inspected and any person in such vehicle or premises are required to provide assistance to an authorized person in the performance of his duties or to a person accompanying the authorized person under paragraph 6 of section 55.10.
An authorized person must, upon request, identify himself and show a certificate signed by the Minister and attesting his quality.
The obligation set out in the first paragraph also applies in respect of a veterinary surgeon or a person the Minister has authorized under section 2.0.1.
55.11. The owner or the person in charge of a vehicle or of premises being inspected and any person in such vehicle or premises are required to assist a veterinary surgeon, inspector or analyst in the performance of his duties.
A veterinary surgeon, inspector or analyst shall, upon request, identify himself and show a certificate signed by the Minister and attesting his quality.
