42. The remuneration and expenses relating to the social benefits and other conditions of employment of the persons assigned, in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1), to the activities connected with the administration of this Act may be paid out of the Fund, up to the amount of the sums paid into the Fund under paragraph 6 of section 38.
