84. When a judge appoints a special constable under section 80, the clerk of the court to which the judge belongs shall send without delay to the Minister of Public Security a copy of the writing attesting the appointment of the special constable and a copy of the writing attesting that the special constable has complied with section 83.

When a judge appoints a special constable under section 80, the prothonotary or clerk of the court to which the judge belongs shall send without delay to the Solicitor General a copy of the writing attesting the appointment of the special constable and a copy of the writing attesting that the special constable has complied with section 83.
