162. The Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy shall publish in the Gazette officielle du Québec a notice stating that he has approved the by-law with or without amendment and, where applicable, that he has approved an agreement with or without amendment or imposed an apportionment of the assets and liabilities.
The notice shall include a description of the annexed area prepared by the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife.
