Section 35
Disposition versions
35. Subject to the second paragraph of section 37, no person may pay to the president and executive director or assistant president and executive director a remuneration or grant them a benefit other than those provided for by this Act.
Any person who contravenes the first paragraph is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,500 to $25,000 in the case of a natural person or $5,000 to $50,000 in any other case. A president and executive director or assistant president and executive director who accepts such a remuneration or benefit is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,500 to $25,000.
35.
