2. The object of this Act is to implement the following agreements:

 —  the North American Free Trade Agreement;

 —  the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation;

 —  the North American Agreement on Labor Cooperation;

 —  the Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization.

The Government may, by order and subject to the terms and conditions it determines, make this Act applicable to any other international trade agreement.

2. The following agreements are hereby approved:

 —  the North American Free Trade Agreement;

 —  the Environmental Cooperation Agreement;

 —  the Labor Cooperation Agreement;

 —  the Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization.
