22.3. The following are credited to the Fund:

(1)  the sums transferred to the Fund by the Minister of Revenue under section 22.5;

(2)  the sums transferred to the Fund by the Minister of Culture and Communications out of the appropriations granted for that purpose by Parliament;

(3)  the gifts, legacies and other contributions paid into the Fund to further the achievement of the objects of the Fund;

(4)  the sums transferred to the Fund by the Minister of Finance under sections 53 and 54 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001);

(4.1)  the fines collected under the Cultural Heritage Act (chapter P-9.002) or a regulation under that Act, except those which belong to the municipalities or the Native communities in accordance with that Act;

(4.2)  the sums paid into the Fund by the Société du Plan Nord under an agreement providing for their allocation, in accordance with section 21 of the Act respecting the Société du Plan Nord (chapter S-16.011); and

(5)  the income generated by the investment of the sums credited to the Fund.

22.3. The following are credited to the Fund:

(1)  the sums transferred to the Fund by the Minister of Revenue under section 22.5;

(2)  the sums transferred to the Fund by the Minister of Culture and Communications out of the appropriations granted for that purpose by Parliament;

(3)  the gifts, legacies and other contributions paid into the Fund to further the achievement of the objects of the Fund;

(4)  the sums transferred to the Fund by the Minister of Finance under sections 53 and 54 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001);

(4.1)  the fines collected under the Cultural Heritage Act (chapter P-9.002) or a regulation under that Act, except those which belong to the municipalities or the Native communities under section 193 of that Act;

(4.2)  the sums paid into the Fund by the Société du Plan Nord under an agreement providing for their allocation, in accordance with section 21 of the Act respecting the Société du Plan Nord (chapter S-16.011); and

(5)  the income generated by the investment of the sums credited to the Fund.

22.3. The Fund is made up of

(1)  the sums paid into the Fund by the Minister of Revenue under section 22.5;

(2)  the sums paid into the Fund by the Minister of Culture and Communications out of the appropriations granted for that purpose by Parliament;

(3)  the gifts, legacies and other contributions paid into the Fund to further the achievement of the objects of the Fund;

(4)  the sums paid into the Fund by the Minister of Finance under sections 22.6 and 22.7; and

(5)  the income generated by the investment of the sums making up the Fund.
