39. The rent of an immovable belonging to the Société and of which the lessee is a health and social service provider is based on the actual costs the Société assumes for the immovable. As of the total repayment of the debt service, the rent of an immovable corresponds to the amount required to repay the actual costs assumed from then on by the Société in respect of the immovable.
The composition of the actual costs referred to in the first paragraph is determined in the management agreement entered into under section 37.
