22. A majority of the members of the tribunal may, at a meeting called for that purpose by the chairman, make by order the rules of procedure and practice applicable to proceedings and hearing of cases before the tribunal. Such rules may be different as they apply to one section or other of the tribunal.
Every order adopted under this section must be approved by the Government and, if so approved, shall come into force ten days after the date of publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
