98. Except where otherwise provided in this Act, every person who infringes any provision of this Act or the regulations is liable to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5,000.

98. Except where otherwise provided in this Act, every person who infringes any provision of this Act or the regulations is liable to a fine of not more than $1,000.

98. Except where otherwise provided in this act, every person who infringes any provision of this act or the regulations is liable to a fine of not more than $1 000 and costs and, in default of payment, to imprisonment for not more than twelve months or to both penalties together.
