2756. (Repealed).
2756. The holder of a movable hypothec with delivery on shares of the capital stock of a legal person need not notify the person who issued the shares of his right, but the exercise of his hypothecary rights is, in all cases, subject to the provisions and agreements governing the transfer of the hypothecated shares.
