A tutorship council is established both in the case of dative tutorship and in that of legal tutorship, although, in the latter case, only where the father and mother or the parents are bound, with respect to the administration of the property of the minor, to make an inventory, to furnish security or to render an annual account of management.
No council is established where the tutorship is exercised by the director of youth protection, a person he has recommended as tutor, or the Public Curator.
