24. The proceeds of the alienation of property acquired by the State through civil forfeiture or administrative forfeiture and of property forfeited under the Criminal Code (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46), the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (S.C. 1996, c. 19) or the Cannabis Act (S.C. 2018, c. 16) are, subject to section 25, paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund on the dates and to the extent determined by the Government. The same applies to any amount received by the State as part of an allotment of the proceeds of the alienation of property forfeited outside Québec pursuant to an agreement made under the second paragraph of section 26.1.

24. 24.
