19. If it be made to appear, to the satisfaction of the Minister, that the name of a company is the same as the name of an existing incorporated or unincorporated company, unless with the consent of the latter, or so similar thereto as to be liable to be confounded therewith, or otherwise on public grounds objectionable, the Minister may ex officio issue supplementary letters patent, amending the former letters and changing the name of the company to some other name which shall be set forth in the supplementary letters patent.
