123.69. Directors who authorize the granting of financial assistance in contravention of section 123.66 are solidarily liable for the sums involved and not yet recovered.

123.69. Upon receipt of the articles of continuance, of the documents contemplated in section 123.9 and of the fees prescribed by regulation of the Government, the Director shall issue a certificate attesting the continuance of the company in accordance with the procedure established in section 123.10.
