123.143. The amendment is retroactive to the date specified by the enterprise registrar in the certificate accompanying the articles being amended, unless the articles of amendment or the judgment provide for a later date.

123.143. The amendment is retroactive to the date specified by the Inspector General in the certificate accompanying the articles being amended, unless the articles of amendment or the judgment provide for a later date.

123.143. The amendment takes effect from the date provided for in the articles of amendment which, however, shall not be prior to the date of the certificate accompanying the corrected articles, or from the time provided for in the judgment, as the case may be.
