932. (Replaced).
1965 (1st sess.), c. 80, a. 932; 1992, c. 57, s. 411.
932. A declaration that a succession is vacant may be requested from a judge in the district where the succession opened, by the Attorney General or by any interested person.
The Attorney General may, by the same motion, request that several successions be declared vacant.
When the request is not made by the Attorney General, it must be served upon him.
