914. An inventory of the property of a succession, of a community or of a universality of property may be demanded by any person who has a right and interest thereto.
The following persons have the right to attend personally or by attorney, and must be summoned to be present in the manner provided in article 910: in the case of a succession, the consort, the heirs, the testamentary executor and the representatives of the deceased; in the case of a community, the consorts or their legal representatives; in other cases, all interested persons.
