The voluntary sale of corporeal moveable property belonging to an incapable or an absentee, or which is the object of a substitution, when it can take place, must be made in the presence of the tutor or subrogate tutor or of the curator to the incapable or substitution, as the case may be, and in the manner prescribed in the provisions of Section II of Chapter XII of this Book.
