659.3. (Repealed).

659.3. The collector of support payments of the district in which the judgment was rendered acts as seizing creditor for the judgment creditor; he may also enter any proceeding aimed at favouring the execution of the judgment.
Whenever the application is made in a district other than that where the judgment was rendered, the collector receiving the application forwards the documents mentioned in article 659.2 to the collector of the district in which the judgment was rendered.
Where the application concerns a foreign judgment that has become executory in Québec, the collector of support payments of the district in which the judgment was filed or registered acts as seizing creditor.
