600. (Repealed).
1965 (1st sess.), c. 80, a. 600; 1969, c. 81, s. 10; 1992, c. 57, s. 313.
600. Before the expiry of ten days from the service of the opposition, any party may by motion demand the dismissal of the opposition, if it is clearly unfounded or if the examination of the opposant shows that it is frivolous. Permission to examine the opposant is granted by the judge or prothonotary.
