305. To facilitate the examination of a witness, the judge may retain the services of an interpreter, whose remuneration forms part of the costs of the case.
However, the Minister of Justice assumes that remuneration in the judicial district of Abitibi, if one of the parties benefits by the agreement contemplated in chapter C-67, and in the judicial district of Mingan, if one of the parties benefits by the agreement contemplated in chapter C-67.1.
