580. Prosecutions brought before a judge of the Court of Québec or justice of the peace, in virtue of section 574, shall be heard and decided by him, according to the rules contained in Part I of the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15), except insofar as the same are inconsistent with the provisions of this act.
