190. (Repealed).

190. One of the agents of each candidate, or, in the absence of such agent, one of the electors representing each candidate, must, on being admitted to the polling station, take an oath, according to form 20, to keep secret the names of the candidates for whom any of the voters has marked his ballot paper in his presence.
