186. Before entering into office, the Commissioner shall take the oath set out in Schedule II before the President of the National Assembly.

186. The head office of the Conseil shall be located in Québec, at the place determined by the Government.
The address of the head office, as well as notice of any change thereof, shall be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.

186. A Conseil de la langue française is established to advise the Minister on Québec policy with regard to the French language and on any question relating to the interpretation and application of this act.
