Section 165.10
Disposition versions
165.10. Each year, within four months after the end of the fiscal year, the Office shall send the Minister a report on its activities for that fiscal year.
The Minister shall table the report in the National Assembly within 30 days after receiving it or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 15 days after resumption.
165.10. Not later than 31 August each year, the Office shall submit a report to the Minister on its activities for the preceding fiscal year.
The Minister shall lay the report before the National Assembly within 30 days after receiving it or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 30 days of resumption.
