21. At a minister’s or body’s request, the Centre d’acquisitions gouvernementales may intervene in a management agreement for the delegation and exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Act respecting the Centre d’acquisitions gouvernementales (chapter C-7.01) and which it may not otherwise delegate.

The minister responsible for the administration of the Public Infrastructure Act (chapter I-8.3) may also intervene in a management agreement to provide for the delegation of the property management powers conferred on the Société québécoise des infrastructures under the Act.

Any other minister or body may intervene in a management agreement to exempt the administrative unit from certain administrative procedures or from the obligation to provide information on the management of the administrative unit.

21. At a minister’s or body’s request, the Centre d’acquisitions gouvernementales or, as applicable, Infrastructures technologiques Québec may intervene in a management agreement for the delegation and exercise of the powers conferred on them by, respectively, the Act respecting the Centre d’acquisitions gouvernementales (chapter C-7.01) and the Act respecting Infrastructures technologiques Québec (chapter I-8.4) and which they may not otherwise delegate.

The minister responsible for the administration of the Public Infrastructure Act (chapter I-8.3) may also intervene in a management agreement to provide for the delegation of the property management powers conferred on the Société québécoise des infrastructures under the Act.

Any other minister or body may intervene in a management agreement to exempt the administrative unit from certain administrative procedures or from the obligation to provide information on the management of the administrative unit.

At the request of a minister or of a body, the Centre de services partagés du Québec may intervene in a management agreement to provide for the delegation and exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Act respecting the Centre de services partagés du Québec (chapter C-8.1.1), and which it may not otherwise delegate.

The minister responsible for the administration of the Public Infrastructure Act (chapter I-8.3) may also intervene in a management agreement to provide for the delegation of the property management powers conferred on the Société québécoise des infrastructures under the Act.

Any other minister or body may intervene in a management agreement to exempt the administrative unit from certain administrative procedures or from the obligation to provide information on the management of the administrative unit.

At the request of a minister or of a body, the Centre de services partagés du Québec may intervene in a management agreement to provide for the delegation and exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Act respecting the Centre de services partagés du Québec (chapter C‐8.1.1), and which it may not otherwise delegate.

The minister responsible for the administration of the Act respecting the Société immobilière du Québec (chapter S‐17.1) may also intervene in a management agreement to provide for the delegation of the powers conferred on the Société immobilière du Québec under that Act.

Any other minister or body may intervene in a management agreement to exempt the administrative unit from certain administrative procedures or from the obligation to provide information on the management of the administrative unit.

21. At the request of a minister or of a body, the minister responsible for the administration of the Act respecting government services to departments and public bodies (chapter S‐6.1) and the General Purchasing Director may intervene in a management agreement to provide for the delegation and exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Act respecting government services to departments and public bodies and the Act respecting the Service des achats du gouvernement (chapter S‐4), and which they may not otherwise delegate.

The minister responsible for the administration of the Act respecting the Société immobilière du Québec (chapter S‐17.1) may also intervene in a management agreement to provide for the delegation of the powers conferred on the Société immobilière du Québec under that Act.

Any other minister or body may intervene in a management agreement to exempt the administrative unit from certain administrative procedures or from the obligation to provide information on the management of the administrative unit.
