53. When a regional centre has insufficient staff to provide a recipient with legal aid through an advocate or notary employed full time, the director general may give a mandate to another advocate or notary.

53. When a regional corporation has insufficient staff to provide a recipient with legal aid through an advocate or notary employed full time, the general manager may give a mandate to another advocate or notary.
