85. (Repealed).

85. Every reporting issuer intending to avail itself of the simplified prospectus scheme shall file a permanent information record with the Authority.
The permanent information record shall contain
(1)  the annual information form;
(2)  the documents filed in accordance with Chapter II, namely the latest annual report and all other documents filed since the close of the financial year covered by the report.

(1)  the information prescribed by regulation concerning the reporting issuer;
(2)  the documents filed by a reporting issuer in accordance with Chapter II of this title, namely the latest annual report and all other documents filed since the close of the financial year covered by the report.
