293. Every document required under this Act or a regulation made hereunder must be forwarded to or deposited at the office of the Authority, at the place determined by the Authority; notice of the address of the office shall be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec and in the Authority’s bulletin.

293. The minutes of the sittings of the Commission are authentic if they are approved by the Commission and signed by the chairman, the secretary or a member of the Commission.
The same holds true of a document emanating from the Commission or forming part of its records, and of any copy of such a document, if certified by the chairman, the secretary or a person designated by the Commission.
