211. Every person who contravenes any of the provisions of this subdivision is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not more than $20.

211. Every person who contravenes this subdivision shall be liable to a fine of not more than $20, recoverable in a summary way before any justice of the peace of the district, whereof one-half shall go to the prosecutor, with reasonable costs, and the other half to the Crown, for the public uses of Québec.
