198. If a coordinating judge or associate coordinating judge is absent or unable to act, the Government shall designate a municipal judge to exercise the functions of the judge who is absent or unable to act until the latter resumes his duties or is replaced.

198. Every clerk who receives from an offender, gaoler, constable or other person a fine imposed by a justice of the peace shall transmit the same without delay in conformity with the provisions of sections 3, 4 and 7 of the Act respecting the payment of certain fines (chapter P-2).
