172. Presiding justices of the peace have jurisdiction throughout Québec, wherever they may be assigned to exercise their functions by the chief judge.

172. Any penal proceedings for the sanction of an offence under a provision of this subdivision must be exercised within six months of the perpetration of the offence.

172. Every action, suit or information under this subdivision shall be commenced within six months next after the commission of the offence.
