111. When a judge of the Social Welfare Court is absent or unable, for any other cause, to perform his duties, the Chief Judge or Associate Chief Judge of the Social Welfare Court, with the assent of the Minister of Justice, may designate a deputy for him.
Such deputy shall exercise the jurisdiction of the judge whom he replaces, during the absence of the latter. He shall receive the remuneration fixed by the Minister of Justice.
