S-40.1 - Act respecting the Québec correctional system
Section 58
Disposition versions
58. Each board shall consist of three persons designated by the facility director from among the correctional officers, probation officers, correctional counsellors and correctional facility managers.
However, in the case of a request for a temporary absence by a person serving a sentence of 30 days or less or a sentence served intermittently and a request for a temporary absence to participate in fund activities or spiritual activities, the board shall consist of two persons.
