41. A discipline committee shall examine the situation of an inmate who has failed to comply with his or her responsibilities and shall, if appropriate, determine the sanction to be imposed.
An inmate may apply for a review of a decision of the discipline committee. The review shall be carried out by a person designated by the Minister.

An inmate may apply to the facility director for a review of a decision of the discipline committee. However, a decision of the discipline committee cancelling more than 15 days of remission standing to a person’s credit may be reviewed only by a person designated by the Minister.
