The board of directors may hold several public information meetings if it considers that the size of the territory, the number of institutions under its administration, the density of the population invited to attend or the nature of the services provided to the users justifies the holding of several meetings. However, only one such meeting may be held at the same time as a meeting held pursuant to section 176.
