109. A person that contravenes section 15, 41, 53 or 53.1, the second paragraph of section 76, section 86.1 or section 99 or allows access to a play space, play area or play equipment access to which has been prohibited or the evacuation of which has been ordered under section 74 or 75 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $500 to $5,000.
