114. Where a person who has been duly summoned and to whom expenses have been advanced fails to appear, the fire investigation commissioner may apply to a judge of the Court of Québec for the issue of a warrant for witness pursuant to articles 274 and 497 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01), which shall then apply with the necessary modifications.
